2-day EXCHANGE OF UNIQUENESS WORKSHOP
Everything on Earth and in the universe is made up of energy. Our physical body consists of energy. Our life experiences as humans, our talents, all that we learn, our joy in life and the pain that we encounter, all is stored in our body in the form of energy. Humans communicate, consciously or unconsciously, by means of energy. In the true manner communication is a back and forth movement of energy.
In Western society we are trained to observe by means of our head (knowledge) and to communicate by means of language. The
2-day workshop Exchange of Uniqueness you will teach you to observe and communicate on a deeper level, by making use of the chakra’s in your body, mainly the 2nd chakra, near the heart and in the abdomen. Our goal is to discover the uniqueness and Uniqueness of our energy and to learn to communicate with our whole body, using a combination off all our senses.
We will do this in two steps. Firstly, we practise by observing our own body at three levels: by means of our head, by means of our heart and by means of our abdomen. You will notice that these three manners to observe strongly differ. Only when we integrate our five senses in our observations then our perception will deepen and extend to our abdomen and then to our heart . Through our heart, but even more through our abdomen, humans are extra sensitive, as you may have noticed when being in love.
As a second step we will practise to open up our heart and abdomen for the energy and uniqueness of others. When we are able to observe and open up at deeper levels, we can control and communicate our energy more consciously and receive the unique energy of others at all levels. This way we can inspire eachother and will be able to transfer our uniqueness to others and to obtain the uniqueness of other human beings.
During the workshop we will use several forms of body movement, breathing techniques and meditation in nature. The physical and mental exercises (often combined) are ment to support the process. The workshop location is in nature, because the peace and silence will contribute to the deepening of our perception.
